Steamed Omelet (Telur Dadar Kukus)

 Here is something I've created from nowhere.... just wanted to clear some bean curd actually. Simple and can be ready in short time.  I should use smaller tin next time because my omelet is just too thin. I made this many days ago but was too busy to update the blog & hopefully I still remember all the ingredients precisely.

INGREDIENTS:
3 Eggs
1 Bean Curd - cut into small cubes
1 Sausage - chopped 
1 Red Chili - sliced 
1/2 Big Onion - chopped 
Some chopped Spring Onions & Chinese Celery
Salt & Pepper

METHOD:
1. Beat eggs slightly & mix with the rest of ingredients.
2. Pour into a greased tin.
3. Steam for 10-15 minutes until cooked.
4. Sprinkled with fried onions when served.

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
Kali ni Along buat telur dadar kukus yg di campur dgn tahu & sosej. Silakan cuba kalau nak tahu rasa nya.... Resipi main campak2 ikut sempat jer...hehe

BAHAN2:
3 bj Telur
1 keping Tahu - potong kiub kecil
1 biji Sosej - cincang
1 biji Cili Merah - hiris nipis
1/2 bj Bwg Besar - cincang
Daun Bwg & Daun Sup - cincang
Garam & Serbuk Lada Hitam

CARA2:
1. Pukul sedikit  telur & campur kesemua bhn2 lain.
2.Tuangkan ke dlm tin yg telah di minyakkan.
3. Kukus 10-15 min sehingga masak.
4. Tabur bawang goreng sewaktu di hidangkan.

The omelet is ready to be steamed....
