We had heavy breakfast this morning because AlongRiz returned home (arrived last night) during his short semester break and Nasi Lemak is his all-the-time favourite. This time I cooked Hard-boiled Egg Sambal, Ayam Goreng Berempah Serai (Love's recipe) & fried fish to accompany the Nasi Lemak. It was not just AlongRiz who enjoyed it so much but his two brothers & dad too!
