Sambal Ketuk (Again)


When I made this previously (see here) was with peanuts added but skipped peanuts this time. Recipe previously taken from Nor's (Tganu).

Roughly here how to make this:  
1 handful ikan bilis, 3 Green Chilies, Cilipadi (amount up to your taste), 1 cm belacan, Salt & Sugar.
Fry each ingredients separately.

Pound/machine all together....ready!
