Cempedak Fritters


Sweet Cempedak Fritters is a lovely way to enjoy rainy evening with a cup of hot tea....

INGREDIENTS:
Cempedak - deseeded
2 tbsp Plain Flour
2 tbsp Rice Flour
¼ tsp Bicarbonate Soda
A pinch Salt
Water sufficiently

METHOD:
Add all ingredients (except cempedak) to form smooth runny batter.
Dip cempedak in the batter & deep fry until golden.
Serve hot.
