Breaded Fried Chicken

 Made this Breaded Fried Chicken for Angah & Usu since I have some breadcrumbs in stock and leftover white eggs.

I made similar one before but different ingredients - see here.

Here is the recipe for today's version.

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken parts
1 Egg White
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Chili Paste
Salt
Breadcrumbs

METHOD:
1.  Mix chicken with salt, curry powder & chili paste.
Add in egg white & mix well.
Roll onto a plate of breadcrumbs.

2. Deep fry until cooked over medium fire.
