White Beech Mushroom

You can easily find this type of mushroom closer to Chinese New Year festival. It look so white, petits & irresistable. I loved all types of mushroom but to my disappointment, I found it not to my liking at all (although my hubby said 'not so bad').

I cooked it with some pounded chili, onion, garlic & anchovies.
