Ini sebenar nya menu kelmarin tapi kelmarin update berderet2, tak larat dah asyik mengadap pc jer, kang anak tecik kemana, abah dia ke mana...heheeee.

(Makes 10 buns)
INGREDIENTS:
140ml Water
200g Plain Flour
20g Sugar
1/1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Instant Yeast
8g Butter
METHOD (my own):
1. Mix well all ingredients, except butter.
Add in butter & knead until smooth.
Cover & rest until doubled in size.
2. Punch the dough & knead for 2 minutes.
Divide into 10 balls & place on a generously floured tray (for easy lifting later)
Rest until doubled in size.
3. Heat up oil for deep fry.
Fry the buns until golden (medium-slow fire otherwise you end up with uncooked buns in the centre).
Cool & slice 3/4 way through.
Stuff with cucumber slices & Sambal Ikan Bilis (recipe is here).
